I'm sort of curious why Bug 373775 is not a blocker. It has been around for ages with plenty of requests for a fix and it makes recurring tasks completely useless in its current condition.

There are many people using competing products such as Outlook who are looking for a good integrated task/calendar replacement. I am just confused why the bug just sits there when there are proposed fixes in the bug.

You guys are doing great, I have just had to hold off switching like many others due to this one bug. I have high hopes it will make it into a build soon. Do you guys take sponsorships for bugs?
