Release candidate update from Scott MacGregor, posted 12 March 2007:

“We are currently in a holding pattern waiting for release cycles to do the heavy lifting for actually tagging, setting up the release machines, making the RC, generating the update diffs, pushing the updates out to the beta channel, dealing with l10n, etc. I’ll keep you posted when that process starts.”

Another update, posted 24 March 2007:

“I received an update from the build team yesterday afternoon and they have started to make the RC bits for us! Hopefully the RC will be ready by the end of next week!”
